DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

Nutritonal guidance is included into my online coaching package. You will learn different strategies that will help you get fit and be manageable especially for you. Weekly accountability will help you to stick to the plan!

WHAT TYPE OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

A pair of dumbbells and a elastic band is sufficient for most of workouts. Check you have anything at home already.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO SEE RESULTS?

It depends on how much you stick to the plan and your starting point. By following all recomendations you will see first changes already after a month. However it takes at least 3 month to achieve noticeable transformation and build long lasting habits. Fitness is not a marathon and we want you to enjoy the process

HOW MANY TRAININGS PER WEEK DO YOU RECOMMEND?

Depending on your goal and training background I will prepare a plan with 3 to 5 training days per week for you.
I usually start with 3 days and we slowly build it up to 4 if you workout at home.
If you are ambitious to reach your goals faster a 4 days gym training plan will lead you to success however its not a must. 
Goal is that you enjoy the process and can stick to it long term.
